Got a problem that needs looking at (non-medical only please),
having an option fitted, or just sending back stock for
a service?
Returning units is simple.
IMPORTANT: Please include a brief note of why the unit is
being returned - even if you have been in contact about
the return beforehand, things will happen faster if there's
a reminder in the box!
Pack the unit in its original box if possible, and send
back to the address below, clearly marked for SERVICE.

the unit is booked into our system, and you will receive
confirmation of its safe arrival, along with the returns
number, and any applicable charges.

Digi Wisp Discovery Utility
If you've had to reset and reconfigure your Wisp, you'll probably
need this program to initially discover it again. It's on the
CD in teh Walkabout kit as well...

for? There's a hit record in there somewhere...Hopefully most
queries can be answered with the application notes given on this
page, with the added advantage that you can print them out and
keep them - try doing that with a phone call!
